Key Personnel

John has been involved in Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Property Management for the past 30 years working with both Contractors and Consultants, on behalf of clients including Bruce Shaw Partnership and TB Kennedy & Partners.

He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 1993 and holds a Diploma in Construction Economics, BSc. Surveying and Project Management from Trinity College and is registered as a Quantity Surveyor with the SCSI under the Building Control Act 2007.

John was a Director in Spain Courtney Doyle from 1990 to 2008 and has been involved on projects such as the IFSC, The Square, DIT Bolton Street, the Shelbourne Hotel, Brook Lodge Hotel, Main Street, Tullamore and the regeneration of Tallaght involving commercial, industrial and residential projects.

He was a founding director of Active Facilities and Property Management in 2008 and is actively involved in Clontarf Football Club and is currently Club Treasurer.
