Sean is a Chartered Property Surveyor and Engineer with over 35 years experience in Project Management, Civil & Structural Engineering and Property Management.

He has previously worked with renowned Consulting Engineers, Ove Arup and Joseph McCullogh and was a lead director of a multi-disciplinary practice form 1994 to 2008, responsible for the completion of multi-million euro development schemes throughout the country for both public nd private clients.

Block C George’s Quay, Blackrock Shopping Centre, Newtownmountkennedy By-Pass, Brook Lodge Hotel, Schoolhouse Hotel, extension and multi-storey car park to The Square Shopping Centre, along with noted refurbishments to Huguenot House, St. Stephen’s Green and St. Martin’s House, Baggot Street, are among the wide variety of schemes completed within Sean’s experienced portfolio.

Sean was a founding director of Active Facilities and Property Management in 2008 and currently manages and extensive property portfolio where he brings his expertise in asset development and re-modeling to the fore.

He is also an accredited Project Supervisor Design Process (PDSP) with Engineers Ireland.

Projects currently in progress are works for Irish Distillers Limited and the development of Hawkeye facilities in Semple Stadium.
